High Performance Notch Filters

Example 3 High Blocking level Notch Filter (at 780nm) with High %T above and below the notch. Result:- Blocking level of OD5 with >90%T average 500-1800nm. Substrate Lambda/4 Flatness and controlled parallelism.

Extended IR Blocking Optical Filters

Example 2 Wideband visible / NIR transmission and extended IR blocking. A very difficult requirement of Blocking 1000-2000nm (OD2) and high transmission 420-900nm. Result:- T>90% average visible/NIR, Blocking OD2 average 1000-2000nm. Compatible with a range of substrate materials and thicknesses. High Temperature stable – Low shift coating.

Precision Longpass Optical Filters

Example 1 Precision Longpass Filter with Physical Dimension Feature Control. Customer requirements:- Filter with two Precision Longpass Filters at different wavelengths (+/-3nm) deposited sequentially on the same Substrate. The transition between the coatings to <50 microns. High transmission required (no AR on second surface). Result:- Transmission >90% average. Transition Zone <30 microns. High Durability, Low […]
